Closing old WOLips issues

Hi all,
I'm planning to simply close out a lot of old WOLips issues on github.
Anything older than 10 years, which is most of them. A lot of these
tickets look like feature requests from people who I doubt are even
using WOLips anymore. So that I don't close out anything important to
those of you still using WOLips, Feel free to bump any of the old issues
there which you want to stay alive within the next week or so. I'll
check them for recent comments before closing. Hopefully this can narrow
down what we really want fixed vs what would have been a nice to have a
decade ago.
