Remote admin of OS X from Windows/Cygwin

I'm looking for information on running an X11 Session from my Laptop running Win 2k and Cygwin to our dev lab's Jaguar/X11 Mac.

I've gotten as far as being able to remotely start X11 apps that run on the mac (ie, xeyes, xclock load over there), but haven't been able to figure out how to route them to my laptop's display.

We routinely connect to the KDE Box in our dev lab with:
Xwin -screen 0 800x600x16 -query <host ip> -from <host ip> and it works fine.

Any hints?
