In netinfo change your shell to bash. You'll also need a .bash_profile
or else the bash provided does not source your .bashrc
This is my experience.

Hello All
I've installed the OSX X11 beta and all seems to work rather well.
Great
work people! However, xterm (actually aterm :) doesn't run bash, it
runs
the default csh. I have the OSX terminal app set to run bash and it
works
fine - how do I set up an X11 terminal app to do the same and read my
~/.profile as well? I can tell the terminal to run bash with the '-e'
switch, but then it would be running bash on top of csh, which is less
than tidy.
Thanks for any hints. Nedit works like a charm! Wooohoo!!
