Hi, all. I can't seem to make KDE work the way I'd like. it at all
possible, I'd like the KDE menu bar to go ABOVE the apple menu bar, but
that will never happen, so here's what i need help with: the KDE menu
bar floats above all other windows, so any window that i open has its
title bar under this menu bar. I can 'minimise' the menu bar w/ cmd-M,
but then i don't have the menu bar. Also with 'kicker', no window
(INCLUDING the contextual menus) can go over it, this is a royal pain
b/c then i can't use all the menu options. If anyone out there knows
much about what makes this happen, I'd really appreciate some advice.
is this a bug in apple's quartz-wm understanding of hints? or is this
purely some odd KDE 'undocumented feature'? Thanx in advance!
JP
