Help: X11 Window Frames are gone

When I first tried X11 beta just after release I did not have this problem. Just the other day when I was refreshing a Jaguar installation on my desktop, I started OpenOffice in X11 and it did not have any Aqua window borders or header bar. I cannot re-size or move my windows and therefore making X11 useless. Help. I don't want to go back to XDarwin.

Is there a workaround?
