Just a quick thank you to all who kindly responded. But I've fought with Gimp long enough. This way, that way, someone else's way. And it simply won't install, or if it does , I can't get it to launch. Open office was a breeze. This upgrade to 0.2 went smoothly. I only have the one aqua window. Gimp , however, has been a pain. I'll go with Photo Shop Elements. It would have been cheaper.......
