Initial window placement

Hello,
	I just switched from OrborOSX to X11, and have a question. In the
office I run dual displays. Under OrborOSX when I spawn an X window, it
creates it in the display that my mouse is in. X11 however always spawns
it in my primary display. Is there a way to change this so it spawns to
the display my mouse is in?
