yes I make it also and it works !!
but I don't know why because I get the message:
nmedit: symbols names listed in: foo not in:
/usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.1.2.dylib
glGetColorTableEXT
glGetColorTableParameterfvEXT
glGetColorTableParameterivEXT
??
After I try to make the lib gvx, and it is ok.
