gnome-wm

I am using the gnome-wm window manager with Apple's X11.app. It is just
too cool, with multiple desktops, etc. I have just two questions.

1. After the window manager launches (exec gnome-wm in a .xinitrc file),
I get a pop-up window with the following message:

"You seem to be running Enlightenment over a network Connection
or on an X Server that does not support Shared Memory, or you
have disabled MIT-SHM Shared memory in your imlib configuration.
This means the Enlightenment Pager will perform slowly and use
more system resources than it would when Shared Memory is
available.

To improve performance please enable MIT-SHM Shared Memory
in your imlib config, if you disabled it, or disable Pager
snapshots."

IS THIS A PARAMETER (MIT-SHM) SOMETHING I CAN SET ON THE MAC?

2. Does anyone know how to "copy" from a gnome window and "paste"
to an Aqua window? The mouse buttons work fine within the gnome windows.

Thanks for your help,

Mike
