In fact, I already use uControl -- but it doesn't quite solve the problem,
still: it causes caps lock to act as control, but cannot do the converse,
so you're left without a caps lock key! Which is more of a pain than it
sounds, if you consider typing environment variables, for example. Plus
the caps lock light keeps blinking as you press control. Oddly, it all
does work correctly with a USB keyboard; it's only with the tibook builtin
keyboard that I see this problem.
Argh! This is *so* annoying -- why on earth would anyone build logic like
this into the keyboard hardware or controller!? Every key should be just
an independent dumb button, every light an independent widget -- let the
software determine their relationships.
