Hej Sylvaine,

Hi all,

I just downloaded the new x11 app, and when I launch it I don't get the native Aqua window manager. Instead, the windows look like the standard X window manager. Anyway, I don't find any place in the menu to set it up...
What's wrong?

If you had another (fink) XFree installed before this new x11app, you might have a .xinitrc file in
your home directory. To get Aqua-wm you need either to remove your .xinitrc file, or to lauch the
quartz-wm in it (replacing your previously set wm).
Try without .xinitrc; this works for me ...

All the best

Franck

Thanks
