bug: x11 doesn't respect focus

i noticed the following behaviour:

when running an x11 app with tooltips enabled (in my case gtk-gnutella), this tooltips will also show up when the focus in on a different window (in my case safari) which is in front of the x11 app.

not a bug that causes anything to crash but kinda confusing...
