I was not talking about .xinitrc here, see above. I think Apple at
this time has not really thought about what they expect users to do.
They recommend to provide a .xinitrc, but they also offer an
Applications menu which does not really work.
Again, please file bugs or provide concrete examples of how it doesn't
work,
