Joseph,
What does this AppleScript application do?
Can these features be added to your ~/.xinitrc file?

Apologies in advance for being such a newbie but i have been scouring

someone can help this (Mac_Pro_but-UNIX-newbie) with a simple 1-2-3
type instruction. It appears this will soon be a hot topic, adding
apps to the applications menu in X11, and will help promote OpenOffice
on this platform, (And help me sell the idea when the next IT budget
rolls around!!: scrap Micros***Office for more RAM and a DVD-RW!)
I keep trying to add my Applescript "Start OpenOffice.org.app" to the
applications list but am having no success. I copied the text that
worked from terminal.app and xterm into the applications command box
but none seem to work. Any assistance would be very helpful for those
of us keen on utilizing this fab suite of office tools easily.
Also, to those of you debating the merits of xterm versus
terminal.app: am i thick or can you not add both to the applications
menu to utilize each feature set for specific uses? I run several
terminals at once for different functions and it seems to be a good
idea....
Thanx in advance!
