Hello,

I'm new to this list but reading it for about one week. My name is Michael
and I'm using Mac OS X on my iBook for about one and a half year. I have
Unix experiences as "normal" user for about 4 years

Last week I installed X11 from Apple because sometimes I would like to use
the texteditor nedit. What do I need? I have installed the Developer Tools
and downloaded the source distribution of nedit. Do I need anything else?
And what do I have to do besides doing an installation/compilation with
"make" and "make install"?
