See the following link, which you should follow if xdarwin was
installed by fink (it should be helpful even if fink was not used to
install xdarwin)

Otherwise, if not installed with fink, trash XDarwin.app (should be in
applications) and the /usr/X11R6 folder. Modify your path to remove
any entry beginning with /usr/X11R6/ (skip this step if you plan on
reinstalling x11 or xdarwin). And that should be it.
