You can't have two window servers on the same device.
If xterm is running, you already have an X server running.

Ok, it works again. I (re-)set 'setenv DISPLAY:0.0' in terminal (text
mode) (not xterm in apple's X11) and started with '/usr/X11R6/bin/X
-query <hostname>'. It runs fine. But why it desn't work in Apple's
X11(xterm)?
