The new X11.app (v 1) without quartz-wm does not seem to know about non-X
cut buffers. Non-X programs do not know about X11 selections and
cut-buffers. Would it be possible to add code to xclipboard that would
place the current non-X cut buffer (selected copied text) into one of its
buffers for transfer to X11 programs and place selected X11 text in the
system clipboard for non-X programs to use?
Or perhaps there is already some software that can do this? I assume that
quartz-wm was responsible for handling this transfer in X11.app b1-b3.
Perhaps if it could be added to xclipboard, it could just as simply be added
to a window manager? On the other hand, if it were that simple, it would
already be there.
