Is there an SSH server running on the Win2k machine?
To expand on this:
Windows machines don't generally run ssh servers. You can't just ssh to
one and log into it. You will also not be able to remotely view or
control the PC using X11. If your final goal is to remotely view the
screen of, or control, your PC, you need to use something else (like
the Windows Remote Desktop Connection Client with the proper versions
of Windows, vnc, or other solutions).
