No, because they're owned by the user last invoking x11.app. The names are:

-r--r--r--   1 bla3  wheel    11 Mar  5 17:52 .X0-lock
drwxrwxrwt   3 bla3  wheel   102 Mar  5 17:52 .X11-unix

My solution is in the archives, a LoginHook.
