Per your suggestion, I went to Apple's Developer Site, registered, and tried
to download the Dec 2002 Developer Tools for OS X.2 ~300MB.
I tried Safari, and got an error "Could not open the page." Error was "unknown
error." I tried Internet Explorer 5.2, and got "Illegal Port."
What gives???
