What was the command that produced the above? It seems that the command
below runs OK, but fails to obtain the expected visual.

Couldn't get initial visual in app_init_display
I don't know if there's a way of finding out what visual it is trying to
'get'. I am trying to find out if there's a way to find this info
easily. ogldebug comes to mind; try this :
$ ogldebug32 insightII
and then record the choosevisual command; save that (save history) to a
gls file; edit the gls file and see what parameters it is choosing.
