I know there are several others, but these have some good info. I also
got one of the O'Reilly titles: "OS X for Unix Geeks." It has some
great info if you are already familiar with Unix.

You don't necessarily have to use fink to get other software, but I
highly
recommend it. It's a very nice packaging system and makes it easy for
beginners (and experts) to install software.
With that said, I don't know where you can find some tutorials.
They're out
there - I just don't know where they are. :-) I'm sure this list
will be
able to point you in the right direction.
