Hi:
I recently installed Panther and have the following problem:
I can't make the command "xmkmf" work properly.
Before installing Panther I had X11 installed and also fink together
with the latest version of free86 and I COULD use the command "xmkmf"
to make a Makefile out of an Imakefile and then compile it.
Since I installed Panther (together with apple's new version of X11 and
DevTools) I have been unable to use the above command. I get the
following message:
alvaro% xmkmf
tcsh: usage=usage: /usr/X11R6/bin/xmkmf [-a] [top_of_sources_pathname
[current_directory]]: Command not found.
tcsh: configdirspec=-I/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config: Command not found.
tcsh: topdir=: Command not found.
tcsh: curdir=.: Command not found.
tcsh: do_all=: Command not found.
tcsh: imake_defines=: Command not found.
tcsh: while: Expression Syntax.

I tried re-installing the X11 software that came from the Panther CD's
and continue to get the same problems, although I was able to compile
with the previously made Makefile.
Another comment: the "xmkmf" command IS available at /usr/X11R6/bin/
(although according to the above message it is not found).
Any help/suggestions/comments welcome.
