Upon reading other messages to the list, I have erred. The installer is
on the THIRD install CD, not the Developer Tools.
The X11 SDK however, is on the Developer Tools CD.

Not sure if I read you right but you said you have a "beta" version
installed (as part of the package?) Panther now includes X11 1.0, a
non-beta product and I'm reckoning you need it for Exposi. However,
you don't need to download X11 again. You will find it on the
Developer Tools CD (either as part of the main installer or in
'Packages') that came with Panther.
Enjoy, and good luck!

Hello all!
Just purchased a new copy of Panther...
excellent improvements overall (loving Expose)...
BUT the Beta version of X11 that was installed as part of the package
no longer works properly!
I can't move the window, resize or otherwise change what seems to be
a blown default setting. Makes working in the environment a tad
tricky when you can't see your command line.
Suggestions? Would love not having to download and reinstall a new
version over our dialup account....
Cheers,
Alex & Laura
