64-bit X11 libraries?

Is there any expectancy for having the X11 runtime
libraries compiled for 64-bit pointer support? I realize it's not even
possible in Mac OX 10.3, but supposedly will be in Mac OS 10.4. But to
compile a program for full 64-bit, all the libraries it links to have to be
compiled for 64-bit.
