Editing ~/.ssh/config only applies to the client, what you want to do
is edit /etc/sshd_config and add "X11Forwarding yes".

Hello,
I would like to ssh from a linux box into an OSX box and display
X11 apps back on the linux display. So far it seems
like X11 forwarding is not working. When I ssh -X from linux to OSX
I find that DISPLAY is not set at all and "netstat
-nap tcp" shows no other X server ports in the range 6000-6010
running, such as 6010 for :10. I have "ForwardX11 yes"
in ~/.ssh/config on both sides. I have no trouble using ssh -X from
the same linux box to other machines including
other linux, solaris and freebsd.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
