10.3.4 to 10.3.9 plus security, X11 consequences?

I'm running 10.3.4 and the X11.app installed from CD. Both my
workhorse x11 apps, mozilla and emacs, work great now.
I want to upgrade to 10.3.9 plus Security Update 2004-08-09
but thought to check with you folks first.
So, any gotchas I should know about?
