Greetings Group Members,
I want to use X11 on my Powerbook and iMac G5. Both are running Tiger and I installed Xcode 2 from the DVD entitled "Mac OS X Tiger includes Xcode 2". I then went into /Applications/Installers/Xcode Tools/Packages and installed the X11SDK.pkg file. I still cannot find the icon to launch X11 from /Applications/Utilities as it is mentioned in O'Reilly's book for Unix geeks. In terminal, I found all the instances of X11 as well as with Spotlight, but none are the application itself.
Where will I find that icon? Did the X11 installation changed so so much from Panther?
Your help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Jean M. ('Jay') Feuillet 954-294-5771
