Nor does it fix the 8-bit display byte-swapping problems which
were reportedly described and acknowledged in Bug ID #4544604.

Bummer. VNC is a usable workaround, but I had hoped for more

I installed it in on my MBP; it does not fix the yellow cursor
issue. I have not tried the hack to see if it's compatible.
It does fix the issue where two clicks were required on the X11
dock icon to bring the app to the front.

i just noticed Apple has a new version of X11 out via Software
Update.
Has anyone tried it yet? Does it include the Intel "yellow
cursor" fix? I'm leery of installing it only to find it breaks
the hack and the old hacked version is no longer compatible.
