I'm not an expert on which library glib exactly is but I know that
you can get it either via fink <http://fink.sourceforge.net> or
MacPorts <http://www.macports.org>.
After you installed glib, be aware there is a glib1 and glib2, you
just need to set your PATH and point configure to the right
directories so that glib is recognized.
Both fink and MacPorts have examples and documentation on their
websites that show you how to do both setting your path and
pointing configure to the right libs.
Since I'm off home and will only have limited online access there
others on the list may please take over and assist you.
Kind regards,
Eric
