Since Jordan is listening in on this list I wanted to just add my support to this type of interaction between Apple and a community, such as the X11 community.

Over the last 1.5 years we have ported our specific application from Solaris to Linux/OSX(X11) and while that has gone well, the aid received from Apple, even after paying the ADC membership, was basically non-existent. Our port to OSX(X11) has sold a good number of Apple systems to our users. Nothing that would grab Apple's attention but we do sell into high-end Univ. settings where this type of purchase is visible.

The type of access, feedback and support that is currently ongoing on this list is appreciated and I hope indicates a good direction for Apple.

Hi

What's the best way to report bugs that are only present in the source
drops of Xquartz, e.g. the problem with not being able to move X11
windows after moving them to a new Space - mentioned by Ronald Cohen
and myself?

Usually this would be at http://bugreport.apple.com, but seen as these
bugs are not in official Apple releases I'm not sure.

Cheers
