X11.app(s) and make install

  • Subject: X11.app(s) and make install

This was starting to hit on one of my pet peeves, so I figured I'd fix it up. make install is not causing the X11.apps to be installed. The patch below fixes this, so you can do a 'make install DESTDIR=$ (pwd)/../xserver.dest' and not need to dig them out of hw/darwin/ {apple,launcher}

Additionally, the Makefiles need a bit more cleanup which I can do later because an XDarwin.app directory is being installed in /usr/X11/ bin/Applications and /Applications/Utilites as well as /usr/X11/bin/ {startXClients,XDarwinStartup}
