Okay, this binary is now up as http://people.freedesktop.org/~bbyer/x11app/xterm

You should be able to invoke it as "xterm -u8" and it should properly support UTF-8; feedback would be appreciated. -- Ben Byer CoreOS / BSD Technology Group, XDarwin maintainer
