It goes to apple. And stays with apple. Since Ben is an Apple
employee, he can see it. As for most of the rest of us on this list,
we will only be able to see what you post to this list. It's a good
idea to report the bug first to Apple, and then post it to this list
and mention the bug # so that we can take a look too and Ben can
reference it in the bug database.

I'm not sure where those auto-crash reports go. When we talk about
submitting bugs on this list, we mean going to
https://bugreport.apple.com and logging in (I believe you can register
for free) and submitting an official, numbered bug report.
