New Posting Limits on X11-Users

Hi all,
I've taken over as Moderator of X11-Users, since we had a slight
breakdown in coverage. I've upped the limit on message size to 100
KB, and approved some of the recent posts that were over the old
limit. However, I discarded older messages, since I wasn't sure if
they were still relevant.
Please resubmit any messages that you didn't see go through that are
still relevant, and I'll keep an eye out to make sure they get
approved if necessary. As always, feel free to ask if you have any
questions.
