Not to be pedantic but, I don't understand this at all. There is a
difference. Using Ben's nifty event monitor I can see clearly
'return' is key 36 and 'enter' is key 76. It seems to me the
statement below is also true of the "Mac World" as well.
As an example Mathematica uses the enter and return as two different
keys, one is newline the other is evaluate the statement.
For sure the programs could be making better use of the keys we do have.
