xterm-color is probably not a good idea as it is generic thus doesn't
declare bce support in particular.
Moreover does Terminal support focus-follows-mouse and xterm-like
selections (i.e. selecting text automatically copies it to the
clipboard, and pasting text can be done with the middle button)?
If not, that would be a reason to use xterm (otherwise iTerm does
that, but has annoying bugs).
