Thanks. This is known and is on the list of things I want to fix for
2.2.1... Unfortunately, this isn't exactly a regression. It was
"fixed" and 2.1.3 was working by accident. Basically the "move all
the windows forward" was in the wrong place in the code, so the
windows moved forward for cmd-tab, but they also moved forward in
places where they shouldn't.
I will hopefully have a fix for this soon.
