X11-2.3.2_rc4 X11.app problem

I'm using the Applications menu of X11.app to launch Xephyr from an xterm window with the command:

xterm -geometry 265X88+1600+30 -e "/Users/jernigan/RunXephyrInWindow hydra.gat.com"

This worked in 2.3.1, but fails in in 2.3.2_rc4. The xterm window opens, but this error message appears in the window and Xephyr does not launch:

xterm: Can't execvp "/Users/jernigan/RunXephyrInWindow: No such file or directory

The command works properly when run from an xterm window I open myself.
