I have just reinstalled X11 from scratch:

Installed X11User.pkg from Leopard's DVD Installed X11SDK.pkg Installed updated X11 2.1.2-rc5

X11 does not start up. The Console shows:

1/11/08 11:32:16 AM org.x.X11[2085] xauth: creating new authority file /Users/nabelek/.serverauth.2085

1/11/08 11:32:16 AM org.x.X11[2085] xinit: Unable to find application for org.x.X11

1/11/08 11:32:16 AM com.apple.launchd[106] (org.x.X11) Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds
