As I mentioned earlier, I did a complete re-install of X11.
1) I deleted:
/A/U/X11.app
/S/L/LA/org.x.X11.plist
/usr/X11*
2) I reinstlled:
Installed X11User.pkg from Leopard's DVD
Installed X11SDK.pkg from Leopard's DVD
Installed updated X11-2.1.2-rc5
That's all.
All the parts seem to be there.
The launcher installed by X11-2.1.2-rc5 has a label org.x.X11
