Well, you're using DISPLAY=0.0 ... first of all, you forgot the : in
there. Secondly, your X server is using DISPLAY=:1 based on what you
see in ps.
And yes, after going from Tiger's X11 back to Leopard, you need to log
out and back in in order to get the launch agent started and set the
environment correctly.

I need to log out to change back display to launchd's set /tmp/
launch.... I can't do that right now as I'm running a job I need to
see the output of. I will shortly though.
