Enlightenment v16 draws windows while moving, but not while resizing.
It draws a resizing rectangle around the original window instead. It
seems to work well in the X-quartz environment. It also redraws pagers
in real time as you move a window around. Others on this list report
success with Enlightenment 17 which I haven't tried. E16 compiles
pretty easily under 10.5.5.
