I got a new MacBook a week ago, and, since I don't like case-insensitive file systems, I did a complete wipe and reinstall of Snow Leopard. My X11.app is in /Applications/Utilities (creation date of July 6, 2009), not /Applications. Could there be something left over from an earlier Mac OS X on this machine?
