Uhm... this is bad. You should have /bin/hostname

You'd need to unload the org.x.startx LaunchAgent. It's being started over and over by launchd until X11 responds receives the packets waiting for it.

My guess is your environment is hosed. You are probably overriding PATH somewhere and leaving out /bin! Append to PATH rather than resetting it.
