Thank you Louis!
I logged in as the root user, and type the following in the Terminal:

chown -R Michael:staff ~Michael

The output:

Last login: Mon Mar  1 18:28:26 on ttys000
n058152240142:~ root# chown -R Michael:staff ~Michael
chown: /Users/Michael/Library/Fonts/MyriadCAD.otf: Operation not permitted
chown: /Users/Michael/Library/Fonts/MyriadPro-Bold.otf: Operation not permitted
chown: /Users/Michael/Library/Fonts/MyriadPro-BoldIt.otf: Operation not permitted
chown: /Users/Michael/Library/Fonts/MyriadPro-It.otf: Operation not permitted
chown: /Users/Michael/Library/Fonts/MyriadPro-Regular.otf: Operation not permitted
n058152240142:~ root#

X11 works again now! Thank you Louis, Jeremy, Allen! :)

But there's one more thing...
Previously, when my home folder was on Volumes/Michael's Home/Users/Michael, and I open the Terminal,
it would say something like: Michael-Leungs-MacBook:~ Michael$
But now, when my home folder is moved to /Users/Michael, it will say something like n058152128093:~ Michael$
So what's the difference? I check my Sharing under System Preferences, it still shows me 'Michael Leung’s MacBook'.
Thanks in advance!

Jeremy,

My username is 'Michael', so I should type 'chown -R Michael:staff ~Michael'?
Thanks in advance!

You'll need to gain root access, so you should type

sudo chown -R Michael:staff  ~Michael

Enter your password when prompted.
