I've been forced to revert to rc1 in order to send this email :-(

I'd been using rc2 since last night with only minor problems, but
suddenly it got into a state where it was screwing up tcl/tk dialog
boxes, in particular the one exmh pops up to confirm sending mail.
The box was drawn incorrectly and none of the buttons in it responded
to clicks.  Restarting the application didn't help (and since I've
never seen any such behavior in about ten years of using exmh,
I didn't think the problem was on that side anyway).

I can reinstall rc2 if you can suggest any specific debugging
information you need about this, but I'm afraid I won't be trusting
it for any real work.
