Wow, I really do feel stupid. Thanks for pointing out the obvious.
(Oddly, the setting was already checked in my preferences, and after a reboot of the server, ffm started working again; but that doesn't make me any less stupid :)
I may be dating myself, but in the words of Emily Latelle, "never mind" ...
