The dilemma is that 'Enable Key Equivalents' needs to be set in order for Cmd-` to switch x windows,
however, if it is set, then the Insert key is partially blocked and does not generate xevents.
I'm currently wondering if there's a plist mod or a source-code hack to make it so that
'Enable Key Equivalents' can be set but not fiddle with the Insert key.

Cmd-` switches between the X11 windows I think. Does this work for you?
